MOST COMMON APPLICATIONS
- In animal slaughter areas: Recommendation is to dilute it from 2.0% v/v, and adjust doses to the needs of each cleaning round. In some cases, the effectiveness of the process can increase if area is rinsed previously with hot water (temperature less than 5°C)
- In cheese processing areas: Recommendation is to dilute it from 2.0% v/v, and adjust doses to the needs of each cleaning round.
- In vegetable packing areas: Recommendation is to dilute it from 1.5% v/v, and adjust doses to the needs of each cleaning round.
- On walls and floors. On walls: Recommendation is to dilute it from 0.5% v/v and adjust doses to the needs of each cleaning round. On floors: Recommendation is to dilute it from 1.0% v/v and adjust doses to the needs of each cleaning round.
